Your usage of this website (www.writer-center.com) establishes an agreement with the terms and conditions indicated below. In case you disagree with any of terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

By submitting the registration form, you approve that you have completely understood and agreed to the legal boundary of our terms and conditions, which completes the full agreement between www.writer-center.com and you.

1. Definitions

1.1. “Agreement” pertains these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. The term “Company” throughout the document refers to “UK City & Corporate” which operates in accordance with the defined terms in this Agreement.

1.3. "Website" means www.writer-center.com.

1.4. “Order” or “Case” is an online electronic request from a customer to avail paid services/Products from authors who work for the Company.

1.5 “Product” is the final document that is created in electronic format (.doc or .docx) as a result of processing an Order by Writer and Support.

1.6 “Support Department” or “Support” implies a wing of the Company that aims to serve as an intermediate between the Writer and the Customer.

1.7. The term “Customer” signifies an individual who orders of paper/content provided by the Company’s writing staff, in accordance with his/her requirements and pays a price as enlisted by the pricing system.

1.8. The term “Writer” refers to an individual who agrees to work for the Company as a freelancer in accordance with the terms stated in this Agreement.

1.9. Whenever the term “Reachable” is used for the freelance writer, he/she must be available for the company through Internet (via email) and respond to calls on the phone (landline or cellular) from the Support Team throughout the period of completing the Order.

1.10. If the term “Responsive” is applied to the Writer, it signifies that he/she is available to provide required or requested information to the Company and the Customer while processing the Order.

1.11. The term “Account” is referring to the record of all the Orders which the freelance writer has attempted so far, along with all the communications, payment transactions, and all the personal information provided by the Writer including full name of the writer, city of residence, detailed payment options and credentials etc. at the Website.

1.12. The term “Activation of Account” means start of a partnership between company (www.writer-center.com) and the freelance writer.

1.13. The term “Termination of Account” means an end to the partnership between the Writer and the Company.

1.15. The term “Messaging System” is an online communication tool, available in the Writer’s Account on the Website. It can be found in the section “Messages” and is used for communication between the Writer, Customer and the Support.

1.16. The term “Due Balance” is the Earnings that are still need to be paid to the Writer for the Orders they have completed.

1.17. The term “Earnings” refers to the payments the Writer is entitled to after completion of Orders and successful delivery of Product.

1.18. "Payment Method" is the payment system used by the Company to send freelance writers the Earnings.

1.19. The term “Beneficiary Info” is used for the information provided by the Writer in their account, to enable transfer of earnings through the desired Payment Method.

1.20. The term “Payment Dates” refers to the dates, on which the Company transfers earnings through the previously selected Payment Method.

1.21 The term “Dispute” refers to all the disagreements of the Writer and may be applicable in case Fines and Termination of Account.

1.22. The term “Fine” refers to an amount that is to be paid by the freelance writer for violation of Agreement dictated by the company regarding Products.

1.23. The term Writer and freelance writer both have the same meaning and are referring to the freelancer who works for the Company.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. This Agreement is a conclusion to the regulatory relationships and the respective actions between the Company, the Customer and the Writer.

3. Liabilities of the Company and the Writer

3.1. The Company must:

3.1.1. Provide access to personal account and the option to choose available Orders to the Writer.

3.1.2. Keep a record of all works carried out by the freelance writer including number of completed orders, payment history, etc. These records are available at the personal Account of the Writer.

3.1.3. Disburse payments to writers on Payment Dates as stated in the clause 8.1 through the Writer’s preferred Payment Method.

3.1.4. Act as the link between the freelance writer and the Customer. This includes transmission of Messages between the freelance writer and Customer and establishing contact through phones when necessary.

3.1.5. Acquire the best possible quality of Products and services of the finest Writers for Customers in the amount stated in clause 6, in case the Product does not satisfy the requirements as stated in clause 4.

3.1.6. Decide upon the Activation and Termination of a Writer’s Account based upon the conditions stated in clauses 5 (activation of account) and 9 (termination of account) respectively.

3.1.7. Settle Disputes that may arise in the course of processing on an Order.

3.1.8. Safeguard all personal information related to the identity of the Writer and the Customer and promise confidentiality as stated in the Company’s Privacy Policy.

3.2. The Writer is obliged to:

3.2.1. Follow all instructions as directed by the Customer when working on the Product.

3.2.2. Follow the rules and standards set by the Company regarding requirements of Products as mentioned in clause 4 (Company's standards and requirements to Products).

3.2.3. Follow MLA, APA and Chicago/Turabian formatting styles which is explained in details at our website in the ‘Useful Links’ page.

3.2.4. Making sure to upload the final version of the Product before the deadline is over as requested by the customer in Order. Preparing the final draft of the project before the deadline date specified by the customer is passed.

3.2.5. At all times be available i.e. Reachable and Responsive during the course of processing of an Order.

3.2.6. Perform revision requests for their papers, free of charge.

3.2.7. Keep all the information regarding the Order confidential.

3.2.8. Deliver the final product only to the Company. Do not sell/share the product to any third parties as this act is a violation of our T&C.

3.2.9. Not use more than one username, and should provide the correct and up to date information. Use of multiple or fake Accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.2.10. Hand over all the copyright of all submitted Products to the Company.

3.3. Violating any of the clauses 3.2.1, 3.2.2, 3.2.3, 3.2.4, will result in fines, stated in the clause 6.

3.4. Violation of the writer’s responsibilities stated in the clause 3.2 will result in Termination of Account, as stated in the clause 9.1.

4. Company's standards and requirements to Products

4.1. Content should be:

4.1.1. Unique and original, and should carry valid and proper arguments.

4.1.2. Created using proper logical reasoning, through the help of correct phrasing and sentence formation and by utilizing linguistic styles and tools.

4.1.3. Created in such a way to develop the topic requested by the Customer and to satisfy all the requirements completely.

4.1.4. Well-structured and should follow logical organization in the most suitable way to the topic of the paper, as well as the requirements of the Order.

4.2. Formatting:

4.2.1. The paper text should be typed on standard 8.5”x 11” paper with 1” margins on all four sides. A standard A4 page carries 275 words.

4.2.2. The font to be used is Times New Roman and the font size must be 12 pt.

4.2.3. The pages are to be numbered at the upper right corner of the paper in same font style and size.

4.2.4. Citation pages and bibliography, title pages, titles, subtitles, headings, subheadings, in-text references, foot and endnotes all must be formatted as mentioned earlier form in one of the following styles MLA, APA, and Chicago/Turabian etc.

4.3. Language norms:

4.3.1 The paper should carry flawless English, keeping in mind the language rules that include specific and ethical rules and regulations, not just grammatical or statically.

4.4. Plagiarism:

4.4.1 It is mandatory that the Plagiarism level be 0% which is bound to be verified using a special plagiarism checking software. Plagiarism levels do not consider or include bibliographic references and clichéd phrases.

4.5. Customer's instructions:

4.5.1. All the instructions, requirements and specifications provided by the Customer must be followed to the letter.

4.6. Violation of the clauses 4.1 and 4.5 will result in fines as stated in clause 6.1.

4.7. Systematic violation of clauses 4.1 and 4.5 will result in Termination of Account as described in the clause 9.1.2.

5. Activation of Account

5.1. The Writer must fill out a registration form available at the Website; pass a grammar and required formatting style tests and upload scans of diploma certificates and ID along with sample essay in order to enrol and Activation of the Account.

5.2. The Writer is informed of the acceptance or rejection of application for Activation of Account within 10 days of completion of tests and submission of all the required documents by the Support. The Support may also ask the Writer to provide additional information if necessary, rectify errors in the existing information, or ask revisions for the submitted sample essay or take tests again in case of non-satisfactory results the first time.

5.4. The Writer is allowed to apply for Cases and begin earnings only after he/she receives a confirmation of Activation of Account.

6. Fines

6.1. Violation of conditions stated in 3.2.1, 3.2.5, 4.1 and 4.5 will result in the following fines:

6.1.1. Plagiarised product (clause 4.4.)  -15% of the estimated price for the Order for each negative plagiarism.

6.1.2. Incorrect formatting style (clause 4.2.) -10% of the estimated price for the Order for each revision if requested by the customer.

6.1.3. Grammar and punctuation errors (clause 4.3) -15% of the estimated price for the Order for each revision if requested by the customer.

6.1.4. Freelance writer is not reachable during the time order being executed (clause 3.2.5) the amount of the fine will be imposed by the Support.

6.1.5. Lateness (clause 3.2.4.):

  • Freelance writer misses the deadline and the Customer cancels the order -100% of the estimated pricing of the Order;
  • Freelance writer misses the deadline and the Customer still requires the order – our dispute management team will decide on the amount of the penalty which the writer will receive, depending on a particular writer.

6.1.6. Retraction from the Order:

  • The Writer retracts before from the order our dispute management team will decide on the amount of the penalty, depending on the reason and a particular writer.

6.1.7. Low quality (clause 3.2.1 – 3.2.2):

  • In case the Customer files a complaint citing dissatisfaction in quality with the submitted Product, 15% will be deducted from the estimated price of the Order;
  • The Quality Assurance Department has the right to cancel payments for cases, in a situation when the quality of the delivered Product does not satisfy the Company’s standards and requirements. On such occasions, Quality Assurance Department will provide a detailed report of the reasons for the cancellation of the payment.

6.2. If the refund to the customer takes place as a result of writers’ failure to revise his/her work, our dispute management team will decide on the amount of the penalty which the writer will receive, depending on a particular case.

6.3. The result of violating the clause 3.2.8 is 100% fine for the estimated price of the Order and termination of the account.

7. Disputes

7.1. The Customer has the right to dispute a case within:

  • 7 days after the first delivery of the paper;
  • 7 days after the revision of the paper;
  • 7 days after approving the case;
  • Exception – plagiarism – no timeframe.

7.2. The Dispute Manager:

  • Is required to reply to the Writer’s queries and requests promptly and in time;
  • Has to provide the Writer with all the relevant details of the reasons for Disputes as and when requested by the Writer;
  • Has to set a suitable deadline for the resolution of Disputes as and when requested by the Writer;
  • Has to provide documents like Plagiarism Report, graded paper, etc. that support the reasons for the Dispute;
  • Has to keep the Writer up to date about the progress in negotiations undergoing with the Customer;
  • Has to relay the information regarding the percentage of refunds as decided in Final Dispute Resolution to the Writer after negotiations with the Customer;
  • Reserves the right to request submission of all materials used by the writer for processing and completion of the Disputed Order;
  • Reserves the right to ask the Writer for their opinion regarding the validity of the reasons cited by the Customer for filing the Dispute;
  • Reserves the right to curtail payments corresponding to disputed Orders;
  • Reserves the right to levy fines, according to the nature of the particular Dispute.

7.3. The Writer:

  • Is bound to reply to the Dispute Manager’s queries and requests in a prompt manner;
  • Is required to furnish all the information asked of him regarding the process of the in accordance with the Dispute Manager’s request;
  • Should have adequate resources to provide material like digital copies or links of the sources used when demanded by the Dispute Manager;
  • Has a right to request documents that support the Customer’s reasons for filing a Dispute against a case, for example, plagiarism report, grading rubric etc;
  • Has a right to negotiate with the Customer over disputes, as well as other matters;
  • Has a right to raise an enquiry about the current status of negotiation;
  • Has a right to forward suggestions to rectify a dispute situation.

7.4. The Quality Assurance Department reserves the right to apply for the following fines:

  • Plagiarism  – 100%;
  • Wrong paper uploaded by the writer -100%;
  • If the instructions given by the customer were not perused – our dispute management team will decide on the amount of the penalty which the writer will receive, depending on a particular case.

7.5. The Writer can and reserves the right to claim Dispute over Fine imposed on them as a result of conditions as stated in the clauses 6.1 and 7.4 within 3 (three) business days, from the time which the fine was imposed. The Writer must mention the reason why the Fine imposition was invalid. All the proceedings of investigation are undertaken by the Dispute Manager and usually are carried out within 7 days from the moment the dispute was submitted.

7.6. Termination of Account for reasons as stated in the clause 9.1.2 may be disputed within 3 (three) working days from the minute the Writer receives notification of the Termination of Account. The Writer must state valid reasons to why Termination of Account was unfair. All proceedings of the investigation are handled by the Support Team and normally it will take up to 7 (seven) working days from the time the dispute was submitted.

7.7. The Dispute Manager or the Quality Assurance Department reserve the right to stop payments for disputed cases if the dispute of the case does not find an address in any of the above mentioned clauses. On such occasions, the Dispute Manager will provide a detailed report citing reasons for payment cancellations.

7.8. Fines imposed according to the clauses 6.2 and 6.3 will not be discussed and are final.

7.9. Termination of Account triggered for any reason declared in the clause 9.1.1 cannot be debated and is final.

8. Payment terms and conditions

8.1 As soon as the Account is activated, the Writer must furnish valid documentation carrying valid Beneficiary Info on consideration of Support, or at least 4 days prior to the Payment Date for verification by the Support Team. In the situation when this document is not provided in the stipulated time, all payments for jobs for writers are processed on the next Payment Date. In case, a Writer quits, he/she is no longer allowed to change payment details after the account has been terminated.

8.2. On the event of completion of Order and the upload of the Product by the Writer incompliance with all the conditions of Clause 4 of the Agreement, he/she is entitled to receive an update in the Due Balance section.

8.3. Payment Date can be any day between 25th and 30th of every month. The Company reserves the right to change the Payment Date without prior notice owing to any circumstances. The Writers will be entitled to a notification through a phone call or email.

8.4. The Writer reserves the rights to choose his or her preferred Payment Method that the Company should use to process payments. The Payment Method should comply with the Writer’s current location and availability of services for payment transfer. The following Payment Methods are available: PayPal, Payoneer (More payment options will be available soon). Details of all the payment methods are discussed in detail at the “Payment” page of the Website. On the occasion that a Writer would like to change the payment option, he/she must contact the Support Team via email at support@writer-center.com.

9. Termination of Account

9.1. The Company reserves the right to trigger Termination of Account by informing the freelance writer through email or phone for the following reasons:

9.1.1. Violation of clauses 3.2.7, 3.2.8, 3.2.9 and 11.1 (disclosure of information considering Orders, selling/donating/sharing Products with any third parties, using several user names or fake Accounts).

9.1.2. Systematic violation (3 or more cases within one month) of clauses 4.1 and 4.5 (not following the Company's standards and requirements to the Products) and clauses 3.2.1, 3.2.2, 3.2.3, 3.2.4 and 3.2.5 (the Writer's liabilities).

9.2. The Writer may initiate a Termination of Account for free, on condition that there are no creative writer jobs Orders pending in the account, via an email notification or phone call to the Support team.

9.3. On the event of Termination of Account, all the pending payments would be delivered to the Writer on the next Payment Date.

10. Confidentiality

10.1. The information received by the Writer and the Customer incompleteness is kept confidential completely and is not sold or shared to any third parties. The privacy issues are discussed in detail in the Privacy Policy page on the Website.

11. Copyright

11.1. Each and every Product uploaded by the Writer via the Account, inclusive of sample essays, delivered papers and other written material immediately become the property of the Company and may not be used by the Writer upon the wish in any form, or reproduced, redistributed, sold, shared or published to any third parties according.

11.2. In case of violation of clause 11.1, the Account will be immediately terminated in accordance with clause 9.1.1.
