Payment Procedures

Our freelancers will receive money based on the payment method they have selected. All payments will be paid between the 25th to the 30th of each month.

Unlike our competitors, freelance writers who work with us are not restricted to a rolling contract where an individual will only be paid once their balance is equal to a certain amount. We are proud to say that our writers will get paid each month even if their balance is as low as 20$.

When a writer terminates a contract with us, the outstanding balance would be released to their account as soon as the payment day (between 25th and 30th of each month) arrives.

Our freelancers can select the following payment method:

  • PayPal - standard PayPal fees. Any amounts over $1,000 will be sent in multiple instalments.

Note that we are in the process of installing few more payment options.

Freelancer’s payment option should be updated at least 7 days before the payment is due.

If a freelancer wishes to change their payment details, he/she will need to contact our support team via email.

Upon termination of an account, the latest payment details are used to make the final payment. No changes will be made thereafter.
